In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear. Understanding these definitions will help you follow the rest of the document without ambiguity.

One Account Per Person

Account Security Is Your Responsibility

Account Currency

vk777 accepts deposits exclusively in PKR through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard. All deposits must originate from a payment account or card that belongs to you personally. Third-party deposits — where another person's Easypaisa wallet or bank account is used to fund your vk777 balance — are not permitted.

Deposit Minimums and Processing

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household and per device unless explicitly stated as repeatable.

Closure by the Player

You may close your vk777 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any Real Funds balance above the withdrawal minimum will be transferred to your registered payment method. Any unclaimed Bonus Funds lapse at closure. Note that if you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, self-exclusion is more appropriate as it prevents re-registration — simple account closure does not prevent you from opening a new account.

Closure by vk777

vk777 reserves the right to close any account immediately and without prior notice if:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder provides false identity information or fraudulent payment details.
• vk777 suspects the account is being used for money laundering or any other criminal purpose.
• The account holder has engaged in any form of abuse toward the support team or other players.
• Regulatory or legal requirements require the account to be closed.

Where vk777 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited entirely. Where vk777 closes an account for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any Real Funds balance will be returned to the Player.

vk777 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — vk777 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the vk777 platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of vk777 shall be governed by the laws applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under Pakistani law.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the vk777 service, the first step is to contact the support team directly. vk777 operates a formal complaints procedure and will acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within 7 business days.
